Inside our kitchen: how a jar goes from mixing bowl to your door in 48 hours

The stuffed chocolate bar took over TikTok for a reason: that first crack, the gooey peanut butter centre, the crunchy toppings spilling out. Good news, it’s easier to make than it looks.

What you’ll need

  • Chocolate melting wafers (milk, white, real vanilla or dark)
  • A few spoonfuls of peanut butter, we love White Chocolate PB
  • Your toppings: cookies, caramel, cereal, candy
  • A silicone chocolate bar mold and a spreading wand

Step 1: Melt & coat

Melt your wafers in 30-second bursts, stirring between each. Spoon a layer into the mold and use the wand to push chocolate up the sides. Make sure there are no gaps, or the filling will leak.

Step 2: Fill it up

Chill the shell for 10 minutes. Add a generous layer of peanut butter, then pack in your toppings. Don’t overfill, leave room for the lid.

“Warm the peanut butter for 10 seconds so it spreads without cracking the shell.”

Step 3: Seal & set

  1. Pour the rest of the chocolate over the top.
  2. Smooth it flat with the wand.
  3. Chill for about 30 minutes until fully firm.

Step 4: The smash

Pop the bar out of the mold, set your phone up, and crack it open. Tag us on TikTok, we love seeing your creations.
