What are the ingredients?

Chocolate Melting Wafers

Pistachio cream

A sweet, spreadable cream made from pistachios, sugar, and oils.
Different from pure pistachio butter because it's sweeter and smoother.

Kataifi

Very thin shredded phyllo dough.
Usually toasted or fried until golden and crisp.
Provides the signature crunch in Dubai chocolate.

How to make the chocolate bar

Melt the chocolate.
Coat a silicone chocolate mold with a layer of chocolate.
Chill until partially set.
Toast the kataifi in butter until golden and crispy.
Mix the kataifi with pistachio cream (many recipes also add a little tahini).
Fill the chocolate shell with the pistachio-kataifi mixture.
Cover with another layer of melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until firm, then unmold and enjoy.
