Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations governing food products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Return & Refund Eligibility
In accordance with health department regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on food products unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. For safety reasons, orders cannot be returned for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or personal taste preferences.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, spoiled, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace the item or issue a full refund.
How to Report an Issue
To report a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sales@rainbownutbutter.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic proof of the damage or defect. Our team will review your request promptly.
Refund Processing
Once your claim for a defective or damaged product is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement. Approved refunds will be automatically applied back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your approved refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary. If you still need help, contact us at sales@rainbownutbutter.com.
Shipping Costs
If a replacement or return is required due to a confirmed product defect or shipping damage, Rainbow Nut Butter will cover all associated shipping costs.
