Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or other external factors beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at support@rainbownutbutter.com. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. Please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
